The usefull Stuff

Thank you for your purchase and for supporting a small independent craft business. I hope you enjoy your items as much as I enjoy making them. All items are dreamt up, designed and lovingly made by me with great care and attention to detail. Because every item is made by hand and no moulds or mass production processes are used, no two beads are the same. And no two items will be exact replicas.

 

Glass is very difficult to photograph due to its reflective nature. I have taken great care to take photographs that represent the items as best as possible. However, I cannot take responsibility for any colour differences due to browser software or resolution and colour rendering of the screen used by yourself.

 

Payments

Items ordered must be paid for in full at time of ordering before I will post the goods. Payments can be made with a debit/credit card or via PayPal using the secure checkout process.

Payments will be processed in GBP Sterling. If your card is held in a different currency you may incur exchange rate charges from your card issuer. Any refunds will also be made in GBP Sterling. Your card issuer will refund you using the exchange rate for that day. Please bear in mind that this could be different to the original rate you were charged when making your purchase. This means your refunded amount could be slightly different than you have originally paid. I cannot be held responsible for this difference.

 

Postage

Your goods will be shipped after full payment has been received. Please allow for time to check, carefully pack and dispatch your items. I will always aim to ship your items within 3 – 4 days of receiving your payment, unless I am unable to do so or during busy periods such as Christmas. In those situations I will always inform you of the delay.

Postage and packing is included for customers in the UK. For customers outside the UK a delivery charge will be added at the checkout. Please be aware that I am currently unable to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland. Shipping to the rest of the world is charged at £16. Please note that any international shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and you may be charged VAT or other import taxes when you receive your goods. Please check your local postage and import rules before making a purchase.

All orders will be send using Royal Mail First Class Standard. After goods are dispatched I have no control over Royal Mail delivery and cannot be held responsible for any postal delays. Delivery times may vary. UK postage should take on average 2 – 5 working days. Overseas deliveries can vary greatly depending on location and customs and can take 2 – 8 weeks. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee international shipping times.

 

Returns and exchanges

I take great care in packaging your purchase, so please contact me right away if an item arrives faulty or damaged in transit. If you receive an item that you unhappy with, please contact me and I will do my best to fix the problem. Whether that is replacing an item or offering a refund, I will require that any items are retuned to me before I can offer any refunds or alternatives. Unfortunately return postage for undamaged items is at your costs as I am a small business and I am unable to absorb the costs.

When returning items, please take care to package the item appropriately to prevent damage in transit.

If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, I will ask for delivery charges to be paid again before resending, as well as a confirmation of your correct address.

 

General

I don’t take wholesale orders and I don’t usually take any custom orders. If you have any special requests please don’t hesitate to contact me, but be aware that I may be unable to meet your requirements. If this is the case I will let you know honestly and immediately.

Customers have the right to cancel an order up to 7 days after receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact me within 7 days to inform me. You must also return the items to me within 14 days of cancelling your order. Cancelled items are returned at your expense, need to be packaged appropriately and require a proof of postage.

All the prices on the website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in Pounds Sterling. I reserve the right to change without notice any pricing in case of error or increase in material costs.
