This cheerful brooch with it's sunshine yellow tassel is handsewn from felt and decorated with embroidery and handmade glass beads.
 
A green glass flower with a yellow felted flower base are added to a bright pink felt base. Green leaves have been hand embroidered around the flower and the edge of the brooch has been decorated with purple stitching. A bright sunshine yellow tassel adorned with a blue bead with pink polka dots finish off the design.
 
The glass elements of the brooch have been handmade in my studio using flameworked glass.
 
The overall size of the brooch (including tassel) is 10 cm x 2.5 cm. The clasp is created using a 3 cm safety pin.
